I am a freelance illustrator and artist living in San Francisco.

My work is infused with a sense of place and time, drama and emotion, intelligence and humor.

Over two decades I have been tasked with all sorts of challenges: storyboarding, 2D animation for cartoons and corporate clients alike, created illustrations and character and environmental design for games. My clients include EA Pogo, Pocket Gems, THUP Games, Comedy Central, Toyota, XM Radio, Yahoo, Earthlink and others.

More recently I am exploring my personal artistic interests through traditional media, mainly watercolor, gouache, and ink.

I do NOT use AI imagery in my work. I do NOT give permission to any entity to use my artwork to train AIs.

Fun fact: in addition to English, I speak and read German and Mandarin Chinese.
